- Salt and pepper in chicken, turmeric, cumin, paprika.
- Pan fry the chicken for 4 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside the chicken.
- Add 1 onion, minced garlic- fry for 2 minutes.
- Add washed rice.
- Add chicken. Add water or chicken stock.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- For the sauce- Add dark soy sauce, sugar, garlic, sesame seeds, black pepper- mix together and pour over rice.
